Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your access to and use of the PayClear public-facing website experience, operated by Clear Recovery Solutions, LLC ("Clear Recovery Solutions," "we," "our," or "us"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement, and you must use the site in compliance with applicable law.
What the website provides
PayClear is a public-facing business inquiry experience for organizations considering commercial receivables services and technology-led workflows. It also provides a separate, limited request path for people seeking account information, dispute handling, or communication-preference support.
The website is not a payment portal, authenticated account portal, secure document-transfer service, or source of legal, financial, or tax advice. Do not use its public forms to submit account numbers, payment-card or bank details, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, consumer account narratives, or other sensitive information.
Using the public forms
Provide information that is accurate and that you are authorized to share. The commercial inquiry form is for organization-level business-purpose receivables discussions. A person reviews inquiries; the form does not determine the legal classification of an account, establish that an account is eligible for collection, or guarantee a result or response time.
The consumer request form accepts limited contact and request-type information. It does not verify identity or provide account access. Do not send sensitive information by email or through a public form. A form submission is not complete unless the site confirms it was received.
Use of this website does not enroll you in SMS, RCS, telephone, or marketing communications. Separate communications, if offered, require any consent or notice applicable to that service and the law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to:
- Violate a law, another person's rights, or these Terms.
- Disrupt the site, interfere with its security, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Upload malicious code, spam, or content that harms the site or its users.
- Use automated means to access the site in a way that interferes with normal operation.
- Misuse a form to submit consumer account details, payment information, or other sensitive data.
Intellectual property
The site's text, logos, graphics, software, and arrangement of content belong to Clear Recovery Solutions, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from site content, or use company branding, without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
Third-party content and links
The site may link to third-party websites or resources. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms. Review the terms and privacy notices of any third-party service you use.
Technology, changes, and availability
Some Clear Recovery Solutions services may use automated or AI-assisted tools to support workflow. The PayClear website does not make account-specific legal decisions or promise a collection result. Any separate service or communication may have additional terms and notices.
We may change, suspend, or remove website content or features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by law, disputes concerning these Terms will be brought in courts located in Lucas County, Ohio. This provision does not waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
